havent read gunslinger born, but ive seen snippets, and it looks pretty nifty. Apparently the miniseries is gonna be done by that JJ Abrams guy, i think i read somewhere, Wikipedia maybe.

Heh, weird. I have never heard referred to as "Lambert" in any form or medium.

As far as the movie series goes, his last name is never referenced. He's referred to as Ash Williams in comics and video games, but these are arguably unofficial.
