The "Book Of The Dead" in the EVIL DEAD films was created by Tom Sullivan. CMV had no right to produce the dvd case that they did.
Tom created the NEW Anchor Bay package, It is not some rip-off like CMV did.
Anchor Bay went for the real deal and brought in Tom because they couldn't do the "Book Of The Dead" without him because it's his baby.
