Summary: skull knife in Shelley's back
Details: When the zombie version of Shelley is attacking Scotty, and Scotty saves himself by stabbing her in the back with the skeleton knife, Shelley falls and lands flat on her back despite the fact that she has a two foot knife protruding from that area of her body. A few minutes later, after Shelley comes back to life and Scotty chops her into bits, Shelley's torso is lying with the back facing upwards, and the knife is still stuck right into her back. Either the knife disappeared when Shelley fell on her back, or Shelley fell in the in just such a way that the knife passed through some kind of hole in the floor.
