After Ash is in the basement and that pipe bursts and gushes blood everywhere, we see that Ash gets drenched in the blood, yet when he walks into the house to dry/ drying himself, we see that his clothes has no blood stains, he hardly looks as if blood has been spilt on him at all and the only signs of disarrangment is the dirt/oil smudge on his chin or cheeks.
