Near the middle of the film, Scotty walks slowly into the bathroom and quickly pulls back the shower curtain. He then turns around, only to have a demonized zombie scratch the right side of his face. Later, however, Scotty is talking to Ash and we see that the scratches have now moved to the left side of his face.
