Yes I agre he legaly is right to want the pics
down and if he actually lost money because of this he would be
awarded it. I did some looking on the net and found
this.
"Can I use copyrighted materials on my Web
page?"
Well, yes and no. You can use copyrighted works when
the work is either public domain or when your use of the materials
can be considered as "fair use". But what exactly IS "fair use" you
might be wondering? and that's a #### good question. Fair use is
basically up to the copyright holder. If they don't like it, you
have to pull it from your Web page or suffer the
consequences
Determination of Fair Use is weighed by looking
at how the work is used, how much of the work is used, and probably
most important how does the use affect the value and potential sales
of the original work. Fair Use frequently comes into question
when determining what portion of a book might be quoted or used for
reviews, criticism, education, and research
So there is what
I have learned from searching for copywrite in good old yahoo as Tom
sugested.
