Played by Timothy Patrick Quill, a boyhood friend of ED trilogy director Sam Raimi and star Bruce Campbell, the Blacksmith befriends Ash in "Army of Darkness" and is the first to join him in his war against the Army of the Dead. The Blacksmith also helps Ash build the Death Coaster, a modified version of Ash's Oldsmobile Delta '88. Look for an homage to Quill's role in the blacksmith character of the hit computer game "Diablo."
