This is a complete 3-disc set of
Knightmare; the 80s/90s British children's TV show. It was a fantasy-adventure-puzzle style show ran for eight series, originally shown from 1987 to 1994. While a few odd VHS recordings still survive online, it has since been shown sporadically on UK cable channel Challenge TV. This set was captured from those Challenge TV airings.
It's worth saying up front that these are not my captures. I got these as a set of 15 DVD-R discs as a trade back in 2014. That person bought them years prior from iOffer. Ultimately, even the person selling those sets may not have been the creator as I recall seeing my Gamesmaster DVD sets for sale on iOffer a good while back, and remember it being somewhat a 'bootleg haven' back then.
This project was to re-author the 15 DVD-R discs down to a more manageable 3 Blu-Ray discs. These are 1:1 copies from the original discs, so nothing has been re-encoded. It's just been re-authored on to fewer larger discs. Either the person who assembled these discs, authored each block of episodes on each disc as one long file, with chapter points at the start of each episode. Rather than chop all the episodes up, I've just left them as-is with the same chapter system. On watching, it makes little difference really.
Back when I got this set, I created custom cover & disc artwork for it, and this Blu-Ray release recycles that artwork. The original idea for this artwork came from a similar thumbnail image of a custom cover created by someone else for their set. My artwork replicates a very simple black leather-bound book with embossed silver lettering. I did toy with adding the normal DVD cover trappings; logos text and such, and I couldn't really better the plain cover, so that's what I went with.
Because of the way the sizing of the blocks of episodes fell, I was left with a 2/3 empty third disc. I decided to add in the contents of another DVD-R I got in a trade back 2012; the same source as the transfers for

It's worth saying that I'm a massive fan of the series, and this project was never intended to rip anyone involved in the show off. Although there is no official retail release on the horizon.
