Count me in, I can't wait for Halo 3, in my case it's been pre-ordered since april  ... I've played Halo 2 so much that my girlfriend just sort of accepts that she doesn't have priority during an intense Team Slayer match... how I have any friends is beyond me. My gamertag is El Westcroft add moi! |

YES!!!! I got Halo 3 a day early... Future Shop FTW! I haven't played Campaign yet, but I've done some MM and it's awesome.

Sometimes the wait can be lengthy, but the matchmaking system is still trying to learn how to crawl at the same time as it runs... all of the matches Play on words. I haven't tried the campaign, for I promised my friends to wait until tomorrow, but from Custom Games, Matchmaking and Forge... it's awesome! Also the Legendary Edition is so sweet I really wish I could wear the helmet  |

So I got it today. I was pretty disappointed with the game overall. The single player is really boring and the matchmaking service is terrible. It always sticks me in games with no more than 5-10 people. Multiplayer just seems slow to me. Half Life 2 Orange Box and Unreal Tournament 3 can't come soon enough.

Man, no way Half Life 2 anywhere near as good as Halo 3. But Unreal will rule. Im still up for Halo 3 people.

I thought the game itself was fun, the ending was SUCH a let-down though...
Oh and question
(SPOILERS AHEAD!!!!)
What the hell killed Master Chief!? They made it to the ship and took off, he goes "We'll make it" then the ship crashes and.... he's dead!? WHY!? HOW!?

If you waited until after the credits they showed that the portal closed halfway on the ship MC was on, killing him and destorying Cortana. It may be the end of Master Chief, but not the end of Halo.
END SPOILERS!!!!!!

Alright, when the Arbiter is about to be hit by the tank and jumps into the doorway, the tank crashes into it blocking the path to the cockpit. Thus when Master Chief sits next to Cortana, it's because he can't get passed the tank. Then the wormhole closes as half the ship goes through cutting it off before the section MC is on can get through. BUT beat the game on Legendary and watch after the creds  |
