A Christmas themed horror/comedy, Rudolf is about a group of friends who have fun torturing a zombie that they keep chained up in their basement and eventually their antics go too far. This all takes place on the 12 Days of Christmas... You know, like the song.

I moved out of state just last week and one of the first things I did when I got here was check out the FYE. And I just happened to stumble upon the extended edition in the bargain bin. I think there are only 3 extra scenes in total. The two with Loomis are kinda cool, but the one scene with the girls felt more unnecessary than the others.

I've been looking around for a region 2 version of ED2: Book of the dead (i.e. the special edition with a rubber book cover.)
They have one for the first film, but ED2's version seems to be completely region 1. (In all the places I've checked anyway. I wonder if it was released at all as region 2.) I'll admit, I kind like the look of the first film's cover better. More subtle. Second you get a screaming button though... a nice gimmick  |
